Welcome to the last blog of November. Where is the time going? Must be time to put up the decorations and dust off whatever festive sing-along favourites we learned last year!
This week some sort of housekeeping news. Well, maintenance, really. When you’re in the school over the next few days, you’ll notice evidence of workmen around the place. I’m delighted to tell you that after a long time trying to organise it, we are finally in a position to get all the windows treated and replaced. Vital, I’m sure you’ll agree, if we get anything like the temperatures we got last winter! We’ve organised it so that no lessons will be disrupted, although we do need to ask for your patience: some windows will be boarded up temporarily (but it’s dark nearly all the time anyway, so it doesn’t really matter, right?). Finally, once they’re done, we’ll be able to get the school painted and spruced up, ready for the New Year. We’re delighted about this, it’ll really brighten the place up.
In other news, don’t forget to check out this week’s riff of the week, the final one in Musical Theatre November! We hope you’ll enjoy it. Next month, of course, it’ll be Christmas songs to beat the band!
That’s it for this month!
Thanks for reading,
Until next time…
